A Committed Team!
Last Thursday, the deeply committed team of Norfolk Food Pantry volunteers met, as they do every month, to discuss how to better serve our neighbors. New volunteers were welcomed to the team, and the first meeting of 2026 kicked off with everyone receiving a copy of 2026 Policies and Procedures for Norfolk Food Pantry Volunteers. The investment of time and energy to make the Food Pantry possible cannot be overstated. From the planning, shopping, scheduling of volunteers, organizing fundraising events, and streamlining the process for patrons to make the Food Pantry as welcoming and impactful as possible–this is no small feat! Thank you to all who make it possible!
