Glory and Redemption to Start the New Year
Perhaps “Revealing Glory and Redemption” seems a bit daunting. But Pastor Erick reminded us in his New Year’s Eve morning sermon that the “glory to be revealed is not our own but God’s, and that the redemption we are called to reveal is nothing more or less than love as healing, unifying, reconciling.” Then he asked us to come up with ways that we might reveal God’s glory and love, and we responded as he filled the white board with our thoughts, summing up our calling — “Learning, Living and Serving Love.”
