Wellness of Body, Mind and Spirit

We host wellness programs for all, including
Senior Yoga – pictured above, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:45 am to 9:45 am,
Tai Chi on Fridays from 9:30 am to 11:00 am and Dance most Tuesdays at 5:30 pm.
