Wearing Red for Pentecost

After worship on Sunday we adjourned to the front steps for some photos. It was a dual purpose photo shoot. First, to celebrate the traditional birthday of the church and the coming of the promised Holy Spirit; and second, to document our presence under the restored steeple for the State Historic Preservation Office, who gave us a large grant to help finance this project. Some of us are pointing upwards on both counts.
