The Ministry of Bread

All are welcome to join this group activity making bread in our commercial kitchen. The first session was making Irish Soda Bread under the guidance of Gloria Gourley, who has baked our delicious Communion bread for many years. The group was the brainchild of Felix Graham-Jones and we are thankful for his inspiration. This is the very kind of creative, community based thinking we hoped for when changing our governance structure from Committees to Teams. At another meeting the group made focaccias with vegetable arrangements on top under the leadership of Lisa Auclair who has been instrumental in redesigning our kitchen to make it available for commercial use.
